Pizza is usually a hit no matter what night of the week it is. When it’s quick, tasty, and affordable, it’s even better. In 2015 I took a trip to Europe. One of my stops was in Rome, Italy. Rome was where I had the best pizza I had ever eaten. Upon my return to the United States, I was set on making great pizzas at home.
I would typically make pizza on Friday night. I soon found myself doing this almost EVERY Friday night. So, at this point I realized I needed to do something different. I needed to have the pizzas ready to go in the oven when I returned from work. The only way to do that was to freeze them. So I did! They turned out great, and I didn’t have to order online / call / go pick up anywhere which was even better. It also meant if I wanted a great pizza food breakfast…I could have that too. Making the pizzas in batches saves tons of time later and still tastes great! Great frozen pizza starts with fresh ingredients so if you can, try not to skip any fresh ingredients.
Thanks for visiting and happy pizza making!
